Due to the holiday season and weather conditions, please account for delays in response time to orders, warranties, emails, and phone calls. Contact via email is preferred for faster response times.

Estimated ship times on orders may be inaccurate. Please note that we will get orders/warranties processed and shipped out as soon as possible, but once it is in the hands of USPS/FedEx, it is their responsibility to get your package to you. 

Shipments to CANADA may be disrupted/delayed due to ongoing negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).
