Refunds & Returns
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ALL UNUSED, UNOPENED AFX PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM WWW.AFXRACING.COM.
For an item(s) purchased elsewhere, please contact the hobby shop or online retailer they were purchased from for their return policy.
If the item was purchased directly from www.afxracing.com, please do the following:
- Contact Customer Service by email [email protected] or by phone using the automated phone service line: 877-866-9239.
- Provide Order Information: Order Number, Part Number and quantity of items to be returned.
- Ship the Return unused, unopened item(s) to the address provided by your Customer Service Representative.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges for the original order along with any subsequent return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the item(s) is received, you will be notified. If the item(s) is unused and unopened, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for that order. If the item(s) does not meet the refund qualifications, you will be contacted.
Accounts cannot be credited for future purchases. Returned items cannot be exchanged.
Once the refund is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Authorize.net. Please allow 48 business hours for the transaction to go through.
